30 Day Returns

I'm a Retail Partner

If you are a Retailer Partner, you may return any PCG-Direct product purchased by you or your customer to PCG within 30 days. Please email support@productcreationsgroup.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The PCG-Support Team will email you back with an RMA and return address for you or your customer to ship.

Once PCG receives the return, you will be credited 100% of the wholesale value of the product within 1 week. Credits will be made to your credit card or account on file.

PCG will not refund freight on the original shipment or the return shipment. However, if an exchange is requested, PCG will pay the freight for the replacement item. Please refer to PCG Returns & Exchanges for more details.

I Purchased a Product

Did you purchase a product from PCG-Direct or a Retail Partner? PCG will support you in compliance with your retailer.

If you purchased from a 3rd Party Retail Partner, please contact the retailer you purchased from directly and refer to their return policy.

Once you return your item to the retailer you purchased from, PCG will handle the return with that retailer based on their policy and instructions. Please refer to PCG Returns & Exchanges for more details.

Customers may only return a product directly to PCG when purchased from https://pcg-direct.com. If you purchased directly from this website and would like to make a return within 30 days, please email support@productcreationsgroup.com and include the information below. The PCG Support Team will reply to your email with a return address.

Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item you paid. Returns will be refunded to the credit card or same payment account from the original purchase. PCG will not refund the freight cost to ship original item. You will be required to pay the return freight back to PCG. If you are requesting an exchange, PCG will pay the freight cost to ship you the replacement item once PCG has received your return.

PCG 1-Year Limited Exchange Warranty

All products purchased from PCG-Direct are covered with a 1-year limited manufacturer defect exchange warranty. This is extended to products purchased directly from https://pcg-direct.com and products purchased through PCG Retail Partners. If you are a retailer and your customer purchased a PCG product through the PCG-Direct Wholesale program, please have the customer contact PCG directly regarding warranty claims and questions. You may copy the message below.

For warranty claims or questions, please contact PCG-Direct at support@productcreationsgroup.com and include the following information. You will be required to show proof of purchase before a warranty claim can be processed. If you are making a warranty claim, the PCG-Support Team will reply to your email with instructions and a return address. PCG will not pay freight costs to ship your item back to PCG.

The 1-Year PCG Limited Exchange Warranty is limited to manufacturer defects only and claims can only be honored with an exchange. PCG does not refund purchases after 30 days. Once your warranty return has been received, the PCG-Support Team will evaluate the item for manufacturer defects. If the product has become defective as defined at the discretion of the PCG-Support Team, you will be shipped a replacement of the same model or a model of equal to greater value. PCG will pay the freight cost to ship the warranty replacement.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase before a warranty exchange can be processed.
